so I went to a store that was inside the arrowhead mall and had the worst customer experience in my life. I've honestly never had such a bad experience, and it was unfortunate because one of the guys there actually helped us pick a skateboard and was really nice. So he saw what skateboard we picked and asked us if we wanted him to loosen it or anything, but we said it was fine and thanked him for his help. We both felt really welcome. When we went up the pay for the 115$ Long board (the only one we could afford which we were really excited about cuz we are tired of falling over rocks on our regular skateboards), the guy at the cash register pointed at it and looked at the girl next to him and then she laughed out loud and said "that's a no!" Then they got other workers to come look at it also so that they can laugh to. The guy that was originally really nice to us came up to the front and said "someone called me up here what's going on?" And he was laughing, but he obviously didn't know what they were talking about. Once he said it, the guy at the cash register bursts out laughing. They didn't even try to hide it at all and just all had a laugh at us right in front of our faces as if we were dumb and couldn't see what was happening. I'm definitely not ever going back to that store and completely regret even going there in the first place. That is not how u treat customers. The worst part is is that the smallest things can make me burst out into tears and I had to walk out of the mall completely embarrassed and trying my hardest not to cry because I hate crying in front of people(which could be ironic since I cry so easily), and shouldn't have to because some employees don't know how to treat customers. We called a lyft and I was trying to tell the guy what had happened and felt humiliated for trying to talk over my tears because I got laughed at by some employees. It makes me think I just look like a crybaby. He suggested I write a review so that's what I'm doing. I hope no one else will have this experience.
