  Terrible pharmacist named Jennifer who needs replaced along with her sidekick Asian/Mexican female technician. Makes fun of disabled people also smiles and laughs while you try fully communicate your complaint or concerns. I was even in line 1st and they helped the person behind me and made me and my family member who just had brain surgery feel less than human. They should be in the fast food business not the pharmacy or health care business!

  My doctor sent my prescriptions (only 2) to the location at 4:30pm on a Friday...it's now almost 10am on Saturday and they still haven't filled my prescriptions. I have been calling and calling. I have been placed on hold, transferred here, transferred there only to be place on hold AGAIN, without even being addressed. I finally got through to someone who found the paperwork and said he would get right on it (a big thanks to him). I am now parked in their drive-thru as I write this review. I have been parked here for 15 minutes...have yet to be acknowledged by the pharmacist who looked me right in the face when I pulled up. Perhaps there are other customers inside at the window, I thought to myself. Nope. Looked inside... He's alone. This is some of the most neglectful, and worst instances of customer service I've experienced. I'm extremely ill (severe bronchitis and sinus infection with 102 fever) and these people are holding my medicine hostage with their incompetence. I will elevating the matter at a corporate level. This is just unacceptable. Update...after 20 minutes I finally just laid on my car horn and the guy finally put his cellphone down and came to help me. AND he charged me full price for my script,, despite my insurance covering them. This has resulted in 2 1/2 hours of phone calls between my insurance and the pharmacy. My mind is blown right now. The incompetence is overwhelming. I chose this location because it was the closest to me. Next time (though I wish I could use a different company altogether, but insurance prevents it) I'll be driving the 2 miles to the other Walgreens.
