Lady working on Sunday 5/15 was rude and neither helpful or empathetic. She prejudged my wife and turned us away with a lame excuse about my wife's age and she should go to ER... effectively delaying needed treatment for her respiratory infection. I would go back, but not for battle ax we saw on Sunday.
