  GARBAGE store!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM, run fast, go anywhere else! Went in to get a couple pairs of scrubs, the pants I tried didn't fit, so I was about to walk out- when the employee told me they could order the pants in "short." She told me they wouldn't shrink, because they were more than 50% polyester, so I ordered 4 pairs- at a total of $104+tax. They get in, they fit, I washed them, and they shrunk-- like 2-3 inches!! So I went back to the store, was given so much BS about "company policy" that they could not return them and that I would need to talk to Dusty. After waiting a week for his return call as he was "out of town" he calls me, proceeds to tell me that "it's company policy they cannot not be returned, because they have been washed" After arguing for about 15 minutes with the kid, I ask him who the owner is, he says himself- so I reiterate to him that it is HIS policy. He says "yes I am not going to return them because they're un-sellable" So, based upon an employees recommendation and lie about not shrinking- I'm stuck with pants I can't wear. He told me that the manufacturer would not return them for him, that he would "have to throw them away and lose that money." So, as long as the company gets their money- no cares for the customer! I called Carhartt- myself, explained the situation, and they are more than happy to help me out. They were appalled at the business practices of this "company" and said they would have taken them back with no issues! Go here at your own risk, if you know what you want- scrubs are scrubs, but DON'T take the word of the employees on anything!! Also, was told 3-5 business days for shipping, and it was on the 9th day that I received them. Just all around bad business.
