  Josh S. was amazing and very knowledgeable, honest and personable!!! He helped us to switch to iPhone 8. Josh also reviewed our bill without asking him to and changed our plan to save us money! He truly is an asset employee for TMobile and will continue to come to this store location for all our TMobile needs! Thank you again Josh!!!

  Just got the new iPhone 7 plus and needed to get it activated and everything transferred over, from the minute I walked in the door till I walked out all employees were super friendly and willing to engage in conversation. During my visit (which took 5 hours) but I wasn't upset at all because I just wanted my new phone and it wasn't their fault . During those 5 hours Keenan sat with me and we engaged over everything and anything along with Eric and Kathy . Every time a new customer came in he always acknowledged them and would help them. I mean I was stuck there waiting for my phone , so there's no reason why he couldn't help other customers. The way all the employees engaged with the customer and had positive attitudes and got to a personal level with them was great. I had to go back for another phone today and Keenan knew everything and was 100% ready and knew exactly what I wanted . Overall the service was great and will definitely be going back there for anything I need.

  I feel like I the employees in there were racist to me today. I came in waited and looked around for about 15 minutes. No one said anything to me or offered any assistance, but they kept an eye on me the whole time I was in there as if they were watching to see if I was stealing.
