  Walk in the door and there's two people there to put your name on a list. Wait 30 minutes because they only have two salesmen. Someone had left a memo laying around where management told them their numbers were down and Thanksgiving week meant they needed to get those numbers up. Finally a new salesman comes on the floor. Has my first and last name on his tablet device but addresses me as "Hey Bud, what can I help you with?". I'm 60's, he's 20's. Dresses like he just got out of be with the 4 day "can't be bothered to shave" look. Customer service?
