  Been calling the store non-stop since yesterday no one I mean no one in any department has answer the phone. Now I see why other Sears have been shutting down customer service is a joke. Please fix this problem because I grew up loving this store.

  A Very old company, that stayed in the 1980's and then ruined their customer service and now is borrowing billions of other peoples money to loose, just to file bankruptcy. The people that did this to sears should be jailed and the people that will not fix it, should be fired. But all in all, watch your extended warranties they already have 72,000 complains with the BBB on them. They will not be around long enough to use your extended warranty.

  Sears as a whole has gone down in terms of quality selection. This particular store's case feels like it's slowly getting rid of its inventory until eventually it's going to all be gone. Their electronics department is close to nonexistent and quite frankly, as a whole, the store could use a major renovation in terms of looks and inventory. Aesthetically, the store feels like it's stuck in the late 90s/early 2000s. Their computers look like they're coming straight out of circuit city (Yeah I know, who else remembers that place?) and the design of each department is drastically in need of something to give it more of a fresh look. The people there are friendly but sometimes it feels like they're understaffed. Overall the place is okay. They definitely need a remodeling project but that's not likely in this decade or lifetime...
