  TL;DR Good prices, sh****st delivery service. Ordered a bedroom set on March 10. payed $100 delivery charge. soonest they could deliver was next Saturday on March 18. Was given the "cable guy" shtick of "We'll be there between 8am to 6pm (basically all day). they were supposed to call 2 days prior to confirm delivery. WE had to call THEM because it was near the end of the day and we had no confirmation. of course as soon as I get off the phone with them they called to confirm... fast forward to Saturday. We wait.... and wait... and wait.... and wait some more. call them at 3pm to see wtf is up with the delivery. lady says we're scheduled for delivery between 3 pm to 6 pm (...really, so from the time RIGHT NOW that I'm calling you till 6) whatever fine, right? WRONG. 6pm comes and not a peep. We call AGAIN and suddenly its scheduled for 6:30. clock strikes 7PM. SEVEN MOTHERLOVIN PM and we call AGAIN expecting anything different but I guess I'm a masochist. As soon as I hang up from this call I get a call (from a machine btw) confirming that our delivery is 30 minutes away.
