  Ordered a gun safe. Came in sooner then I expected. Was delivered and set up. Next order was a door for back. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I come in, staff makes sure I am taken well care of. Th store is always well staffed.

  When you call and explain your issue that they are causing, the front desk tells you they can't help you that it has to be the specific Department. then they put you on hold for 25 minutes why there quote on quote looking for the item and then hang up on you.
