    Do not ever use this company. Their customer service is horrible and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I ordered a custom counter top through Lowe's which contracts with this company. I submitted my measurements and receive the counter tops about 4 weeks later. I had a personal contractor install the counter tops, but when he went to do that, he told me that one of the pieces was over 6 inches short. The original measurements were correct, they cut the piece wrong. Lowe's contacted them to make a new piece and they did. They delivered it to my house and Lowe's had asked them to place the counter top in and secure it. When they arrived, the man told me he would not do that and that he would only place the counter top in the spot it belonged. In addition, he made a comment about how it was not the responsibility of the company to install the counter because if I had purchased a faucet that was broken, Lowe's would not send out a plumber. SO DISRESPECTFUL and so far from the truth! I ordered CUSTOM counters not a boxed faucet! The company told Lowe's they would offer them a small amount of money for the inconvenience of this, but it would not even cover the cost of a contractor to come out and do the work. Thankfully Lowe's covered the cost. But, when I attempted to call and speak to someone about the issue to discuss my concerns, I got the run around. I was told the owner did not have a cell phone and that it would take at least 3 days for him to get back to me. I called again a few days later to again be told that he was not available. I finally left a message and promised I would be putting in a BBB complaint and got a call from the GM of the company. He spoke down to me and basically told me that because I purchased the counters through Lowe's that I was not one of their customers and they did what they should have done. Overall, don't use them - they have no respect for customers, their time or their funds. Their response to me was that they remade the counter top and offered a measly amount of money for the inconvenience that would not even cover my costs of hiring someone new.

    I took a counter-top that I had burned with a crock-pot, to lee's counter-top, Don't ask!! I was initially received by a most beautiful woman , Christie. I asked a multitude of questions regarding replacement, upgrade, thoughts, etc... She was most helpful in all respects. I settled on a replacement that was identical in color but not finish. My finish was no longer made, so I decided to settle on the same color in matte finish. I picked up the newly fabricated piece 6 days later. Unfortunately, there is a great deal of difference in what I provided and what I was provided with as a finished product. I will have to modify the bottom mounting pieces to make their product function. No worries. They have made that a fun day's work.
