  I ordered a pair of boots online via in-store pick up on Black Friday and try picking up the boots 45 minutes later. When I arrived, they said the order wasn’t ready for pick up and it could take up to three or four hours because of Black Friday. I drove all the way to Glendale which is nowhere near my house and told them that I didn’t realize it would be that long and asked the manager if he would allow me to find the boots in the store myself and allowing me to process it sooner. The manager complied, making an exception to and expedite The pick up process. It was my fault for not checking the status of the order when it would be ready for pick up but I am very happy that the store was willing to work with me, aligned me to pick up the boots when I did.

  Excellent customer service team! They are courteous and helpful, and made the return/exchange process really easy. The store is usually well organized and has some good deals. Their 'new' clearance areas are so much easier to shop through, as they have sorted everything by clothing type and size.
