  Consistently inconsistent. Never enough employees to help you. Time is money so I'd rather go to a smaller mom and pop place where they are there to help me unlike home Depot that sells crappy bargain basement merchandise with non existent customer service. Where do their three employees go during the day? Shouldn't there be at least one person per section? They pay their people ten bucks an hour and think they are going to give good customer service but if I was working there I'd be stealing their substandard merchandise to offset what they fail to pay.

  Dwight was extremely knowledgeable and displayed wonderful customer service. :-) Keith went above and beyond the call of duty. I will not forget the wonderful gesture you shared :-)
