  HORRIBLE. Today my mom and I went in to pick up my class ring that I ordered my sophomore year in high school and I am now a senior in high school weeks away from graduation. The lady was very RUDE. They said they sent my ring back to get melted. They said the only keep the rings for up to 6 months. My mom was NEVER notified about the ring only being held for 6 months, other wise she would've found the money to pick up my ring. I am 2 weeks away from my graduation and I now have no class ring. That ring was going to be my graduation present. When me and my mom asked for the money back, she said no and of course we got mad. And she said "you know what whatever". That's terrible customer service. NEVER ever again will I go to Balfour for anything in the future.

  THE WORST! Broke my child's heart with the awful service and rude people. Excuses for everything. My child and her friends are now without caps and gowns! Ordered them 6 months ago! Going to use Amazon!
