  My husband had a remote start installed on my CRV for my birthday at Cardinal Stereo. At first I was upset because it didn’t work all that well. But their troubleshooter Carlos met with us twice to resolve the issue and I am happy to report it is fixed and working beautifully! I’m so pleased with it, and excited to use it to cool my car down during the hot summers. Good customer service, helpful and friendly staff.

  Had an Alpine reciever with Sirius radio, phone, GPS, and backup camera installed a month ago. Installation was awesome and the Alpine unit is great. Backup camera not so much. Initial unit had a short after about a month. They replaced it with an apparently used camera that was missing some hardware. That was replaced the next day. The day it was originally installed, they told me it was too much trouble to adjust the parking lines. "Just turn them off" they said as nobody uses them. It seemed odd to me that they were on the camera, but not useable? An internet search showed me how to adjust the camera and it is really easy to back into a parking space now using just the camera. I asked Cardinal for the calibration instructions that came with the unit and they said there weren't any. They were unsure of the manufacturer. They said it could not be adjusted. Obviously, they are seling a product they know nothing about. I was going to have one installed in my wifes car, but I'll have some one else do it.
