  I was most pleased with the response I got I ordered my battery online and when I got to the store they were kind and friendly and within 30 minutes I was out the door and my battery was installed and everything went as planned I also got the Best Buy on the battery that I was looking for and I needed it because my car was dead and I called around and they were the best price so I have to say I was well pleased.

  The worse customer service in my life! They screwed up my order & it will take 3-5 days to get my money back (because it is Friday) before I can go elsewhere to buy a new battery. Great customer service! They didn't even bother to see if a different location could fill the order. Way to under perform!
