  When I arrived at this location associate had greeted me but did not assist me when I needed help. Until, I made my purchase at the register and point out where there would be other item that are similar on what I am buying.

  I went in to the store to return an online purchase within a week of receiving the product. The store associate was so kind, but she told me that she wouldn't be able to refund the money back to my card, she would have to give me a visa gift card. What sense does that make? I told her I'd rather have it back on my card, and she kindly called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done. The customer service woman on the phone was very rude in telling me that it simply isn't possible to get the money back on my card, so my only options were an in store exchange or a visa gift card. I'm a huge online shopper, not very smart of BBW to make it so difficult to return something purchases online. Although I love their products, Bath and Body Works just lost my business unless they get this sorted out.
